Located off a private road in South Chatham, our home is right around the corner from Main Street, where you will find some of the great dining, shopping, and entertainment options that Chatham has to offer. You will also be near the Cape Cod Rail Trail and within minutes of multiple beaches and ponds. Drive to Cuckle Cove Beach in four minutes, Ridgevale Beach in five minutes, or Forest Beach in six minutes. Taylor’s Pond is closeby, and with deeded access, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and fishing in this beautiful body of water. When you walk through the front door of our home you will find a bright and open living space, including kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating, a new dining room set, and living area with a sectional couch and large flat screen TV. Upstairs is another living area with a couch, flat screen TV and gas fireplace, as well as a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a twin trundle and the other with two full + twin bunk beds. The house has central air conditioning for constant comfort on even the hottest of summer days. Other amenities include cable TV, WiFi, a washer/dryer in the basement, outdoor shower, gas grill, deck with outdoor seating, and sheets and towels provided at no extra cost.
