Spacious 5 bedroom home in a great location in Chatham! This home can comfortably accommodate your entire family. Beautiful yard and outdoor space that backs up to 75 acres of Chatham conservation land. Beaches, bike path, golf, shopping, and dinning just minutes away.

The first floor has two separate living spaces, both with Roku enabled TV's. Kitchen and dining room with seating for at least 6. Half bathroom and laundry room.

The second floor has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a brand new king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is large with double vanity. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have window AC units. There are also several fans available (not ceiling).

Beautify backyard and deck with brand new Weber grill perfect for summer. A dozen deck and lawn chairs make for relaxing summer evenings. Directly behind the house is 75 acres of conservation land with a walking trail to Goose Pond.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Odd Odor

Property description is technically accurate but very misleading. The house does not have central air and was 87° when we checked in. We opened all the windows to air the house out and there was an odd odor that was very unpleasant and did not go away. Path to lake is covered in poison ivy.
