We stayed in a luxurious hotel in Prague before staying here, so this hotel was our wakeup call back to reality. It's a nice, clean hotel with good rooms and good breakfast. The excellent service at the front desk from the women who worked there made the hotel even better. The mattresses need replacing, however. The middle of my mattress, along with my friend's mattress, had a big drop in it where many a butt has laid at night. I woke up sore the first night and had trouble sleeping the second night. Other than the bad mattress, all else was good. Rooms are small, but clean. It's a great location and the hotel works with vendors in town to offer 10% discounts. Our second floor room had a lovely, large window that opened onto a pretty, quiet courtyard.
The hotel is in town all you have to do is walk out your door and follow the cobbled road and you will come across the castle and further on the square with all little shops and alley ways to explore before making it that far. The hotel room that we had was relatively small and there is no air-conditioning but since it is an old village you can not expect much else. A nice breakfast was included which was good. The hotel staff were nice, polite and efficient.
Beautifully appointed hotel in a very charming historic old town. We were given a free upgrade to room B107. This room was huge and beautifully appointed, and had a magnificent large private balcony that was superb. Great WIFI. No AC but excellent ventilation through the many large windows and the balcony. We found the staff very nice, very friendly and very helpful. The bed and pillows were magnificent. The bathroom was great but the shower needs improvement (privacy and placement of shower head). There is an excellent restaurant next door that is associated with the hotel
My wife and I spent a very pleasant evening at the Hotel Bellevue. The location is ideal for seeing all this town has to offer...which is a lot! The Hotel has a very cozy atmosphere and offers an excellent breakfast. While our room was not air conditioned, we enjoyed a nice evening breeze which was comfortable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!
The hotel is right at the entrance to the old city and seems charming. However our room was very small and lacked basic things like shelves in the closet. Of course there was no AC but that's typical in many European cities. There's a nice breakfast and free wifi.
I like the place cesky krumlov its an place to be in the medieval times. It s so romantic places you will love to visit. But watch out with the hotels its has no Air-condition. But the place is good. Staff are so helpful front desk will try to help you explore the place while you wait for your room to be available since check in at 3:00 pm.
The Hotel Bellevue is well located, being near the inside perimeter of the old town but not right in the center so that it is quite quiet. It has very good service and a nice breakfast. Our third floor room was quite small with qood ventilation (window two sides) but no AC that we could find so it may be hot in summer. Second floor rooms would be better in this case.
We had the most amazing room. It was huge, door opening into a big sitting room then double doors opening into a big bedroom. The bathroom was huge, great tub and shower. Comfy bed with very nice bedding. Great location, quiet end of town.
We stayed 2 nights here during the Renaissance Festival. We could walk everywhere easily. The room was small but clean and bright. No air conditioning but with the window open and the fan on the desk on - quite comfortable. Their restaurant - Le Jardin was a treat. I think one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. Excellent, white glove service and wonderful meals. Highly recommend.
If Steves recommends a hotel, it's not a bad place to stay. We enjoyed our hotel stay at the Hotel Bellevue. Nice sized room, loved the L'Occitane products in the room (and the discount offered at L'Occitane next door!). Breakfast was good - though the dining room was quite crowded. We ended up in a smaller room with our group, and that was okay.
