I had a last minute problem with a previously booked room in the city so we had to find an alternative place to stay. We arrived at the Hotel late at night and the young lady at the reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The entire staff was very nice and the rooms were impecably clean and well kept. We recommend it !!! Marco de Moura
We stayed there for 3 nights, the room was big , but not practical . service , it depends, some were very nice and friendly, but some were very mean. Basically, I found their training and service was not in one standard, the management and administration was not professional. One night, we were disturbed 3 times, first, our phone was rang , and a stranger with mandarin speaking to us, then 2 times our door was either knocked or rang by unknown people, and asked them to gathered tomorrow! But we were traveling by ourselves. Later we found out the hotel sent the wrong room number to the tourist group guide. The location was excellent, close to sight seeing point, restaurants and bars, local shops. most of the people there were nice. The price was not expensive!
We came during Christmas and the price was very reasonable. In fact, I would say it was good value in the end. The location is right next to the castle and a nice walk to everywhere else. It's the location that really matters here anyway. But besides that, the staff were polite and helpful...not overly gregarious like at other stays we've had in the region but still courteous and friendly enough. The breakfast was varied and excellent. I read prior reviews to the contrary so they must have fixed that because the breakfast was good. The room was cozy. The bathroom shower was a tiny box and hard for a tall guy like me but that's not really a big deal. Overall, a nice little hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Great location. Good value.
Stayed for a night at this hotel. Arrived to the friendly smile of the night receptionist on 21/12. She's very accommodating and helpful and deserve full praise. The L'occitane toilettries are the best. Wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is just 600m from cesky krumlov town square and the nearest bus station Cesky Krumlov Spicak is 300m away. Highly recommended for guest
What a delightful Hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, from Reception to Restaurant personnel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was convenient and quiet at night. Le Jardin was exceptional fine dining.
Although not right in the middle of the Old Town, it is only a very short walk past the castle, over a bridge and it is right there. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes max. It is the best position with the nicest most helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was okay. I can only recommend this place as a great place to stay.
Ok, we visited in the low season and touruust traffic was low but we were very happy with our Junior Suite room. Very spacious, great bathroom, comfy bed. Breakfast choice was sufficient and the hotel was situated a stones throw from the castle. Only issue was a noisy fridge but tgat was easily fixed with the plug pulled. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Comfortable luxury hotel. Cozy rooms with L’Ocitane toiletries. Free WiFi. Great breakfast in the package. But most of all walking distance from the old town square and castle. Also loved the free Sauna session. Private one hour, must book once there. Worth a visit.
We loved the great location of this hotel! So quick to the castle and easily walked down the quaint cobblestone streets right out the door. The beds were super comfortable! The breakfast was just okay, pretty on par with other hotels we stayed in this country - make sure you go to the main Breakfast Room and not Breakfast Room number 2. Really loved the bath products from L'Occitane as well.
Our room was normal, nothing extraordinary, but everything in order (apart minibar missing). Clean, warm, everything set properly. The reception staff is gentle and nice, they are very helpful and ready to give you the right information. Breakfast is just sufficient nothing special, really ordinary. The location of the hotel is great just under the castle, very convenient and quite.
