Mid-century modern home located under 1 mile from the edge of the Notre Dame campus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe then comes alive when campus is bustling with people and events! The home is updated with modern finishes and boasts 4 bedrooms and three full baths. Additional bedroom spaces are available on the lower level: the work-out/laundry room with a Queen sized air mattress and built-in bunk beds. Two common areas with ample seating and TV's-one on the main level and one on the lower level. Welcoming outdoor space that is perfect for entertaining before or after a football game with a gas grill, fire pit, outdoor seating, screened in porch, TV and swing set for kids. Six TV's in total. This home is perfect for your fun filled weekend in the South Bend area!
