Great location for ND football game! House was clean and owner left us home baked cookies!! Street little noisy at night we are not used to that where we live so others may not mind.

Clean and comfortable home. Nice outdoor firepit gas bbq worked great for the steaks. Beds were comfortable. Nice comfortable living room. Walking distance to Norte Dame stadium. It was perfect.

Great spot for the weekend!

We had a great stay this weekend on our little family trip. Great location! Loved the toys for our two three years olds and the 6 year old loved them too. The backyard was great for some outdoor play, and Todd was great at communicating for anything we needed. Thanks!

Our stay in South Bend was wonderful due to the hospitality of Todd and his wife Kaitlyn. Freshly baked cookies on arrival were greatly appreciated and gobbled up!! Todd is awesome with his quick responses for anything you need. The spa was a great end to each day!!

Perfect getaway!

This property is perfectly located close enough to all the excitement but tucked away so you it’s still peaceful. The home is set inviting and cozy. I loved the extra touch of small blankets in the living room to use while on the couch. The host is very accommodating and helpful for everything we could need. We can’t wait until our trip next year. This property will definitely be our go to stay!

Great last minute stay in South Bend

My son and I ran away for a quick mother son trip to Notre Dame. We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very convenient to campus, clean and as described. We were barely home but we did enjoy returning each evening for a soak in the hot tub. Communication with the host was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun had by all

I had to make an impromptu visit to South Bend for a funeral. Upon looking at what was available, I was drawn to the house by the amenities and price. Prior to my visit, Todd contacted me to ensure that i had recieved all of the paperwork for his requirements. He also was communicative and available during and after my stay. Myself and my grandson (8), found the home beautiful and charming. There were plenty of things to keep him entertained and the mystery search game kept us going for quite a while. Last clue gave us a run for our money. The prize was absolutely perfect. Our prize, 2 mood rings that perfectly fit his and my finger. The way his face lit up, was heart-warming. If you are looking for a great family friendly home away from home, this is the only choice. Thank you Todd for allowing us to stay in your home and turn a sad trip into a memorable one.

Escape Room Fun!

We (my husband and I) were here for a non football ND event during the week. Property was clean with plenty of room for us. Escape rooms are a hobby of ours and it was a really fun time! Some things are easy, some puzzles challenging. We are experienced but did not fly through the puzzles. A fantastic idea for something to do in "down time". We walked to campus some of the time we were back and forth. Close to everything. An older home but nicely renovated. We were very comfortabpe here. Todd is an excellent host.
