The Garden Condos are a great place to stay! The facilities and amenities are well kept and make any stay very enjoyable. The location is great, near to everything, dining and beach! And the property manager communicates well and looks out for you!

The property presents as a nice place to stay. However, it was a heat wave, and the air conditioning was non-existant. When I complained, I was ejected from the property at 11:30 p.m. The price of finding a place to stay elsewhere that night was several hundred $US in emergency booking and cab ride out of town. I was told, "you must be off the premises by 12:30". A most unhappy visit to Sosua, let me tell you.
