Staff was ok. Access to the hotel is complicated. Room entrance was beside de lobby counter. Construction noise at 7:30 am in near apartment. Clean room. Balcony smaller than picture. Next time will look for other options.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay! Amazing view with a very comfy room. The staff made us feel like family! Very accommodating! Giuseppe was especially helpful with anything we needed! We will surely return!

Gorgeous spot, warm & friendly staff with a beautiful view and surroundings., they made us feel right at home ❤️. Keep your luggage light though, the stairs and surrounding area are steep.

The view and location of this property are unmatched. You are walking distance to the water, restaurants and happening areas of the city. The breakfast was so delicious and the staff were all very helpful and nice. We loved the ladies that made us breakfast. The breakfast was prepared on the large balcony with amazing views and was made to order so it was very fresh. The rooms are remodeled and modern but our room had black spots on the wall that were clearly painted over. Not sure if this was mold due to location being close to water etc. The only reason we deducted one star is because it came off as the property was “easily accessible“ but if you’ve got suitcases, it can be a challenge. There are long steps down till you reach the property so if you plan on staying here and have heavy luggage, please ask the property manager to arrange suitcase transfers for you (this is at an extra cost) or to help you with transportation. That being said, the property manager was helpful after we expressed our concerns about the suitcases but we just wish this was communicated early on because the taxis can only take you so far and then you have to walk and there’s no elevator in the building.

"Can you keep a Secret".... First I will start with Giuseppe and his team. Giuseppe will do anything for you. Secure a boat if you need one, get you a driver if you need one, confirm all your reservations outside the hotel. I love Giuseppe, Tony, and Sal the bar tender. The rooms are immaculately clean. The rooms offer a beautiful view of the harbour. They offer breakfast and nighttime tepas and the food is excellent. I highly recommend Relais Del Mare!
