Although our room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived and had to wait for that to get sorted and someone to come up do that, the property was pretty clean overall. We enjoyed the nice large pool and was never too crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished. Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location.

The hotel was awesome! It was such a good location that we made it our base location and made daily trips to other attractions. Train station was close and some of the tours picked us up right at the hotel. We loved it so much that we extended our stay!
