Wonderful place to stay Would certainly go back Staff very helpful
The view over the ocean is fantastic. Excellent location!
If you've travelled in Italy, you know how hard it is to find a good hotel. This one stands out and we are annual Italy visitors. The location is very central, but far enough from the craziness of the Main Street (corso Italia), hotel staff bends over backwards (but do keep in mind the language barrier sometimes comes into play), and the facilities are outstanding. Right on the water, good beach alternative (board walk with a climb down into crystal clear warm waters) and a decent pool.
Grounds and views are gorgeous, food is good, but the reception/concierge staff really take this place to the next level. They were very patient and accommodating with all my emails, calls and last minute plan changes. They greeted us by name every morning. And they went absolutely above and beyond to get us a reservation at Da Adolfo in Positano (the restaurant does not answer their phone, so they had someone in Positano go make the reservation for us in person). Our lunch/afternoon at Da Adolfo was one of our favorite experiences of the trip, and we are so grateful they were able to get us in! My only regret of our trip was spending more time in other parts of Italy and not getting to this hotel soon enough. One caveat - I did feel for a 5 star property, our room decor was a little dated (but spotless and very well maintained!). I think there are other rooms that are a little more updated than ours. This did not detract from our experience AT ALL. I loved this place and would return in a second.
