Pros: staff was friendly for the most part, food was good, showers were extremely hot. Cons: restaurant doesn't know what 'appetizers are' and deliver everything all at once. Bed was the absolute worst bed we've ever slept on and this is our 8th vacation in the past 3 years. Woke up with back pain every morning. We've vacationed in third world nations that provided better beds. They give bare minimum towels in the room so you have to ask for more. Location may be close to some vineyards but most of my choices were an hour away. I spent way too much time driving. I would advise finding your vineyards of choice on a map and getting lodging closer to those.

Resort was really nice. It is a bit far from the main plaza but they do offer a shuttle for drop off and pick up which made it really convenient. Would stay again on our next trip.

Property was nice but the hot tub wasn’t working and there were issues with the Spa. I got misinformation from staff members and overall just seem like not well run, like everyone was new

Everyone was friendly, hotel was clean. Would recommend possibly having a pool server for cocktails but eveything else was fantastic.
