The Space:

The living area features long, light filled windows, plush West Elm sofa, leather lounging chairs, a wood burning stove and a 60” wall mounted smart flat screen TV On Demand HBO, bring your own Roku/Apple. Please note there is no cable. Two queen bedrooms upstairs have new pillow top memory foam mattresses with luxury linens, bedding, fluffy throws, choice of pillows ~ and a sky lit sitting area with leather sofa and more cozy pillows, perfect for reading or lounging.



Downstairs bedrooms feature their own flat screen TVs, more luxury cozy linens, bedding, lounging chairs and their own private baths with all the toiletries needed during your wine country holiday stay. Glass doors lead out of the master bedroom onto a sunlit deck with patio furnishings and BBQ for those alfresco dinners at sunset or breakfast time nook, near a heated swimming pool ~ perfect for relaxing in the dappled sunlight of nearby oaks and bay laurels.



A Chefs Kitchen ~ fully equipped with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee/espresso maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, cookware, dish ware, and flatware. We hope you enjoy! Cottage amenities include lots o’ board/card games, WIFI, central heat, and washer/dryer.

Guest Access:

The entire unit is yours during your stay. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique entry code for the unit front door so no need to worry about losing keys!



The Neighborhood:

We’re two blocks from the main square in downtown Sonoma. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our kind neighbors. Noise curfew of 10:00 pm is encouraged. NO VISITORS, PARTIES OR PETS PLEASE. WE RECEIVE GUEST REQUESTS FOR AN ALLERGEN FREE ENVIRONMENT, SO WE KINDLY ASK SERVICE PETS BE KEPT OFF THE FURNITURE AND COME WITH THEIR OWN BEDDING :)



PLEASE NO SMOKING. NO MOTORCYCLES, NOR GUESTS NOT PART OF YOUR RESERVATION. OTHERWISE, YOUR STAY IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND - Thank You for your understanding ~



Other Things to Note:

THERE ARE PARKING SPACES FOR 6 VEHICLES and additional street parking. PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AGE 8 AND OLDER. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST BEYOND FOUR.

We do not allow any kind of parties. Disruptive noise levels between the quite hours of 10pm - 9am will not be tolerated. We have installed an outdoor security camera and noise meters to prevent such activity.

The law enforcement will be called in and guests might be asked to leave immediately. We appreciate your consideration

Pool is naturally warmed by solar from May-Oct.
