The general areas are nice. Our room was not great, we had a broken door to the patio that would not open and the door handle fell off when I tried to open it and the bathroom door to the toilet would not shut.

Beautiful hotel but very average service

A beautiful hotel and a gorgeous room. The service was consistently substandard throughout; check in, room not being cleaned (having to call 3 times), unhelpful front desk at the spa, having to ask for everything x 3 times at the restaurant to get served/receive the check. I think they were very busy but when you're paying $1000k per night, the service should be flawless.

Great location

The property price to quality is good, so close to excellent. They just need to update the rooms but I would stay here again. Only complaint was parking is limited and with weddings over the weekend we had to park a ways away from our room.

Epic Getaway

Outstanding stay! We were there for 5 days for our wedding festivities. And this place is worth every penny. From the yummy food, to the comfy expansive rooms and welcoming staff. The attentive people that work there are awesome! Shout out to William, Edgar, Daniel and Raul! They made it so fun for us. Management staff made us feel right at home! We will be back.

I was disappointed that there was no tub in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed at the door entrance to the room. Otherwise everything else was fine.
