Blue Fin coastal condo is a stylish townhome located in the beach front complex of Seascape on the Solana Beach bluffs. This relaxed townhouse is a comfortable getaway suitable for families, couples, business visitors. It is centrally located near the Del Mar Race Track, walking distance to restaurants & shopping. The complex boasts a Seaside Lounge Deck, pool and hot tub for you to enjoy the sun, surf and sunset. The beach is uncrowded and has an excellent surf break.



This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo sleeps 5 and is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen has been recently renovated including beautiful new flooring throughout the lower level. The open floor plan is spacious and comfortable. You’ll love the fireplace on a cool evening. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom) plus a twin trundle. The kids will love to chill in the `secret` loft which includes plush beanbags and a TV. The home requires the navigation of stairs, with multiple stories as well as stairs to access the beach.

The community complex is gated and secure with lush landscaping. This is a non-smoking home and complex. The rental includes 2 assigned parking spaces. This home has all the amenities and comforts of home: a large TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom, high-speed wireless internet, and a charming beach cottage feel. This condo is very close to the pool and surfboards and boogie boards are available for you to enjoy.
