Property was small and was a relaxing retreat. Onsite food was limited, but local Kraven delivery app worked well and they delivered to hotel, which provided more options and variety.

The first time I showered there was no hot water. The toilet was very slow and noisy. The sink in the bathroom drained very slow . It looked like many of the buildings needed work on the roofs and outside . We were also very disappointed that we had to eat every meal at the buffet. They advertise four restaurants but none were available to us. The buffet was great either and no decaf coffee provided for those of us who can't have caffein .

Staff was very friendly and helpful! I liked the renovations except the bathrooms have no privacy, very uncomfortable. Also check out was a disaster. It took way too long, not enough people to check out guest.
