NEW! Seneca 117 - Brigham Junior Studio Condo

This junior studio was recently renovated to maximize space, allowing you more

time to relax after a fun day on the mountain. With two twin bunks over a

queen bed, there is no pull-out sofa to mess with; instead spend your down

time watching the flat screen with room to stretch out on the couch or the

table which has seating for four. This unit has a two-burner stove, a coffee

pot, and a mini fridge that has both a fridge and freezer section. A full

renovation to the bathroom combines modern aesthetics with comfort features

including a dual showerhead. The porch has steps giving you easy access to

both the slopes and the village. The Seneca building offers underground

parking, a fitness room with sauna, and a hot tub. The room’s location in the

Seneca building is on the village side, so while you get all the perks of

using the hot tub, you won’t hear any of the late-night noise
