NEW! Seneca 115 - Brigham Studio Condo

This studio was recently renovated to provide you with a calming relaxing

experience after an enjoyable day on the mountain. The triple bunk, featuring

a twin, over a full, over a king size bed, means there is no hassling with a

pull-out sofa. Instead stretch out or cozy up on the couch with chaise as the

gas fireplace provides the perfect ambience and warmth to your evening. The

bathroom was completely renovated to provide a serene spa like showering

experience complete with a rain showerhead. The fully equipped kitchen

contains new pots and pans, baking pans, a pizza pan, and a coffee pot. The

porch has steps which gives you direct access to both the slopes and the

village. The Seneca building offers underground parking, a fitness room with

sauna, and a hot tub. The room’s location in the Seneca building is on the

village side, so while you get all the perks of using the hot tub, you won’t

hear any of the late-night noise.



The condo is air-conditioned and has an array of amenities, including a fireplace, a balcony, and a microwave. Other standard amenities include a refrigerator, an oven, and a coffee maker.
