(46 sqm) across two levels, this thoughtfully designed retreat features a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, plush seating, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The recently remodeled kitchen offers everything you need for easy in-condo dining, complemented by a dining area with ample seating.

The upper loft level provides a private escape with a Queen bed and a convenient half bath. The main level also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy crisp mountain air and scenic Snowmass views. For an added treat, indulge in an evening at The Edge Restaurant, conveniently located right in the same building.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo features air conditioning to keep it cool in the warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
