Great single family home close to the base of Snowmass only .6 miles off Brush Creek Rd on Valley View Ln. 4 bedrooms ( king, King, King and Queen) and a loft with two twin beds provide ample sleeping space for friends and family. Enjoy sitting in the sauna, steam shower or hot tub after a long day on the slopes or outside hiking. Great living room with 98" tv to enjoy unwinding next to the fire place. 2 ensuite full bathrooms as well as a Jack-and-Jill style bath with dual toilet and sink and a shared shower ( all parts have doors to close for privacy). Bonus shower next to sauna. Fully equipped kitchen include everything you need to cook for a large family. Large dinning table accommodates 8 or can expand by adding leaf and chairs from around the house. Parking in garage for one large SUV and ample space in driveway for additional vehicles. Pet friendly and towels include for paw cleaning after playing in the side yard. Pack and play and high chair included. Additional housekeeping can be schedule at renters expense prior to arrival. Cleaning fee is not built into the nightly rate so additional tax is not charged to both parties.
