The second bedroom offers a snug Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides flexibility with two Twin beds, easily convertible to a King upon request. Across the hall is a second bathroom, making this the perfect unit for families of 6.

The fully equipped kitchen beckons culinary creativity, and the spacious living room is the perfect gathering spot for shared moments. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Enjoy all that Snowmass has to offer from this cozy condo!

While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a phone. Limited housekeeping is available.

Amazing Place

Honestly we were surprised at how great this place was!! One of the first time where the actual product is better than the pictures. Great for our family of 5. The ski in ski out couldn’t have been any better.
