The beautiful four-bedroom townhouse with a pool, hot tub, and beach access boasts fantastic ocean views, quality furnishings, and new appliances.
Just steps from the ocean, guests will love the convenience of this home. After a sun-filled day on the beach, come home to relax with loved ones on the sofa or deck, prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen, and rest well at night in the bedrooms outfitted with comfort in mind.
The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the third level with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean.
There are two primary bedrooms, one on the third level with an ensuite bathroom that features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. It also has a private balcony with expansive views of the Intracoastal marsh to enjoy the sunset. The second primary bedroom overlooks the ocean and pool with an ensuite bathroom and a private covered balcony with the outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. There are two additional bedrooms also located on the second level with access to yet another balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
