Pool was not usable for our entire stay. We were here for four nights and three days in late March. The weather was high seventies so we anticipated a functioning and clean pool upon arrival, but it was filled with debris and had little water. We contacted the host immediately and did not have a pool technician get the pool clean and filled until late on our last day. It was not heated and I doubt it was chemically sound/accurately chlorinated. The outdoor shower did not work either but was fixed by the pool tech. We were adequately compensated for the lack of pool availability and misrepresentation. I also believe that the state of the pool should have been communicated prior to our arrival. The only other issue I had with the home was a few spots on the front deck where the floorboards were decayed and would sink when stepped on.Otherwise our group still had fun! The hot tub was great, the house was clean and nice. The host did communicate quickly and promptly throughout our stay. The view of the ocean and the sunset was amazing. If the issues that I encountered were remedied, this would be a solid place to stay for a beach vacation.
