This house is happily situated right on the beach, with views from every living space, starting when you walk in the front door. The living space is outstanding, every room is comfortable, and the kitchen is awesome. The decks are easily accessible and spacious, and it is a very short trek to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. This is by far and away the best house we have stayed in on Topsail Island.

Lovely house right on the beach! Walk down the steps and you’re on the sand, perfect for sunrise or sunset walks. The main living area was spacious with plenty of room for us and our friends. We loved the balconies right off the bedrooms. The Wi-Fi worked great and there was always plenty of hot water for showers and washing up. It was an easy drive to Surf City for lots of fun restaurants and bars. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.

Lovely cottage right on the beach

This is a lovely cottage located only steps away from the ocean. It was super clean and well stocked. They thought of little things like ziplock bags and soap and coffee … just above and beyond what they had to do. We loved the deck so much with nice adirondike chairs and a spectacular ocean view. great stay and great host

Amazing property with wonderful beach access and great views of the beach from the house. Very clean and very comfortable for a family... the host was also very accommodating for the needs of our young child.... we would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Happy returns!

A fabulous return to the amazing beachfront bliss. Perfect seems a high bar, yet it is consistently achieved. The owners have maintained the property quality standards over the years, always spotlessly clean and walk in ready. You simply can’t beat the beach view or proximity of perfect sand. Topsail Surf City both provide North Carolina unpretentious restaurants, bars and shops that delight. As always communication with the owners is easy, well informed and responsive. Until the next time!!

Girls trip

This home was better than described. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need on site. We did have to bring our own linens and towels, but we could have rented them as well. Just something to note, so you don't miss it. We drove in so it was no issue bringing that stuff. The decks are amazing, the beach is perfect. I have no real complaints. I would note that the king mattress slept a little warm and wasn't super comfortable. it didn't bother my neck though, so it was fine for me. I turned the air down a bit and put on the ceiling fan and it worked out. But both my friend and I felt it was just an ok mattress. But that is something I can overlook and I would definitely return to this house again. No strong smells, air quality was fantastic (which is something since I am very mold sensitive and the beach can cause me issues). Lovely home and stay. Owners we very responsive and helpful.

Great Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this rental. We have been coming to Topsail Island for over 30 years and we truly live this beach town and all it has to offer. This house was a perfect location. We prefer the north end and the location was great the owners were super friendly and answered us quickly when we had questions. Perfect size for our family and the layout was great with the small child. We loved the deck in the mornings. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a clean and updated ocean front house.

Step inside and sunlight streams in large oceanfront windows. Thoughtfully designed home with large island kitchen and expansive living areas. Enjoy the oceanside patio and beach which is steps away. Owner is highly responsive. This is our favorite stress-reducing getaway!

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed a 2-week stay at this property in February 2024. We have been vacationing at Topsail for 20+ years. We really liked the location of the house we rented as it was just across the bridge from the golf course, grocery store, CVS, etc. The house was just the right size for the 2 of us. The interior of the home looked like a home you would see after a remodel on HGTV! The living room furniture was very nice. I liked that it was a 2-story property, and that all of the bedrooms faced the ocean. The mattresses were outstanding! The deck was a nice size too with good chairs, and we didn't have to walk too far to reach the beach itself. The owners were very responsive to me during the whole rental process. I would definitely rent this home again in the future.

We returned to this amazing property in the most perfect position on NTB for another amazing stay. Fabulous hosts, stylish house in tip top condition, exceptionally well equipped, unspoiled sandy beach and ocean. It now feels like our home from home! We left relaxed and rejuvenated!
