Beautiful 4 Bedroom beachhouse in Smiths Beach. Walk to fabulous Smiths surf beach and the local Store and Island Surf Shop. Short drive to YCW beach. Stunning private outlook where nature meets the sea. Newly modern renovated double storey house with floor boards through out.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
Downstairs - queen bedroom and bunks - separate entrance.
Take full advantage of the huge entertaining deck to enjoy BBQs. Outdoor heater, hot cold outdoor shower and Blu Ray Television. Futon for extra bedding if required. Double carport for two cars plus loads of room for additional car and boat. With a Multi purpose room downstairs which includes bathroom, billard table and television the extended family can holiday with you.

We went to Phillip island with group of friends for the races. But it would be a fantastic house for a holiday with the kids and another family.

Lovely surround But a lack of storage
The location, furnishing and space was great. Our only complaint was a lack of storage available particularly in the kitchen. This made things cluttered which was frustrating. There was also limited space to store things in the bedrooms also making clutter.
