Retiro familiar en Smiths Beach

Casa de una sola planta de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño en un gran bloque plano ubicado a medio camino entre la playa de surf vigilada de temporada y la playa YMC. A poca distancia a pie de las playas, la cafetería y la tienda de surf en Smiths Beach.

Gran casa para cualquier temporada con brillante salón abierto / comedor / cocina. ¡La cocina bien equipada tiene nevera, horno, microondas, sandwichera, sartén eléctrica, cafetera compatible con vainas y lavavajillas para chefs felices! Lavadero independiente con lavadora. TV y reproductores de DVD en salón y dormitorio infantil. El aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso proporciona calefacción y refrigeración.

El primer dormitorio tiene 1 cama Queen size, el segundo dormitorio tiene 1 cama Queen y 1 cama King individual con nido. ¡No hay literas!

En el exterior hay un patio trasero completamente vallado y garaje doble. Amplio estacionamiento para autos y botes.

Debido a las molestias de los vecinos más los daños pasados a la casa (el automóvil se invirtió en la casa, los agujeros en las paredes, etc.), no tomamos reservas de personas que celebran el final de la escuela (escolares).

Que hacer durante tu estadía

Traiga sus bicicletas mientras la pista de bicicleta corre hasta Cowes o San Remo.

Un viaje de dos minutos lo llevará a la pista del Gran Premio, 6 minutos a Cowes y 11 minutos al Desfile de los Pingüinos.

Camina hasta la tienda de surf Smiths Beach y toma una clase de surf.

Camina hasta la cafetería Smiths Beach y disfruta de un café y un pastel.

I live close so brought supplies but everything was there. I wanted to get back to beach which was an easy 5 minute walk. Place felt secure and safe Had all that was needed. Did not bring critters this time but will feel comfortable to next time. Had a relaxing stay and will visit again.

Lovely

A lovely little cottage with a sizeable backyard for the kids and dogs to play. A quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to Smiths Beach. We had a wonderful, relaxing few days away and would love to come back again :)

Perfect seaside family retreat

We loved staying at this Smith’s beach house. Fantastic location only 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to a local cafe. Very central location on Phillip Island. The house itself is spacious, clean and fresh, with a big backyard and well equipped kitchen. Couldn’t fault it!

Great location

Great location. The house is comfortable. We had an issue with the toilet that was resolved quickly as the person in charge of the house was easy to get in touch with. We had a great time.

Would definitely come again

We had a lovely time. Nice little house, easy walking distance to two beautiful beaches. Hot water in the kitchen would have made things much more convenient for us and the description of beds in the bedrooms on the website was not quite right. But otherwise a nice place, we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

The house provided everything I needed and was immaculate. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the home was only a short drive from Cowes. The only small suggestion I would offer is that there be a small tube into which the "pegs" may be inserted into to assist secure the property's gates in place. This is because, should you decide to bring your dog(s) and leave them in the yard while you are gone, you can be sure that the gates won't be moved.

Smiths Beach Cabin

This is a great little beach house in a lovely location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The problem is that a lot of things need fixing and/or updating to make it an exceptional stay. Minor repairs need to be made or completed, and things like plumbing and power points need addressing (an awful lot of power boards) plus remotes for TV and Aircon were awful. Would be a terrific house with these upgrades. The host was super to deal with and I am sure is aware of these few issues.

Great spot for a week away

This is a nice little house in a lovely spot - walking distance to Smith's Beach and YMC Beach. Bit light on for some supplies (ie toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and bin bags) and couldn't get to the BBQ at all, which was a pity. Yard is well-fenced so furry friends can't escape to chase the bunnies.

Lovely cottage

My first trip to Phillip Island. This cottage really was the perfect base from which to explore the Island. Wonderfully tranquil. Well equipped. Ideally placed for morning/evening walks along Smiths and YCW beaches. I'll be back.

A short walk to the Beach

This Holiday house was everything we needed for a weeks getaway at Smiths Beach. Comfortable beds, open living and dinning area. Perfect backyard for our Beagle who joined us. We will stay here again without hesitation.
