Other Things to Note: This property is in a residential area, we would like to request to the guests that they keep noise levels to a minimum. Please do not park on neighbouring driveways Phillip Island is a Nature park and comes with a lot of wildlife, please drive slowly on the roads. Lot of migrating birds will make homes on the island and sometimes they use the balconies for a rest. We try to clean everything off course, but we do not have control where the birds come to stop.
