Sit on the small balcony and enjoy to shimmering water views across Westernport Bay.

The L-shaped lounge is new and very comfortable to relax in whilst watching the large flat screen tv or dvd. The unit has electric bar heater. Electric cooking appliances, microwave and even coffee pod machine, along with everything else needed is in the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

There are 2 large bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other a bunk and single bed.
The bathroom and laundry are combined and include a shower, basin, toilet and washing machine.
One car space is also available.

Public bbq's are located a short distance away on The Esplanade by the beach.

Last minute over new years booking.

Fantastic location. Gorgeous water views. 3 min walk yo beach and main street cows. Great for my mum and daughters who dont drive and close enough to Pakenham formme to comute to work over the week.We will be back. We loved it.
