The property is quietly situated on the sixth floor of a modern apartment building (with a lift) in the heart of Sliema and enjoys a sunny terrace with impressive views over the rooftops.

Inside, the large, open-plan living space is stylishly furnished with a marble-effect tiled floor, a modern sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with four chairs.
