Air Conditioning Issues
We arrived and the air conditioning didn’t work. We immediately called to report. We had to call multiple times and we were without air for 3 of the 4 nights. The worst part is we weren’t even provided fans for the first 2 nights. We had to leave doors and windows open the first 2 nights, and that would have been okay except we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. We had more bites than we have ever had combined. I personally had 10 bites on my face alone! It was miserable! Come to find out, it was a 20 minute fix that wasn’t repaired until our last night. Not acceptable! This was the worst part of our trip.
The property itself is very nice and clean. Very basic kitchen items and there is not a clothes dryer as stated, only a drying rack.
I would only recommend if the air conditioning is working!

Space and views
Very nice, large,clean and centrally located apartment with incredible views. Easy communication with check in staff. Check out was a little complicated due to our early departure. I have only given 4 stars as I believe that with the price paid for this accommodation, although self catering, there should be a starter pack for those whom arrive later in the day. ie soap, small shampoo, coffee etc. The other down was that the wifi was only available in the main room. Not good when you have teenagers!
