Breathtaking view! This Villa had everything that you could possibly imagine or want. The host answered all of my questions immediately and arranged car and moped rental for us. The host also left us quite a bit of food for us, to get us started on our week. And the private pool was a huge plus! Absolutely lovely!

Perfect getaway

This is the perfect villa for a quiet getaway yet close to Skopolos town The villa is fantastic and takes just a 10 min drive to Skopolos town There are lots of beaches to choose from and only 15 - 20 min drive The owner is very informative and will help with any questions you may have. All in all we had a fantastic stay

Perfect Relaxing Stay !

The owner Pandelis was so helpful and friendly, he ensured our stay was the perfect relaxing week. We did not want to leave. The villa is spotless and has everything you need, the views are amazing. We spent many a day & night just watching the landscape. The villa is lovely and quiet and the pool was a haven on the lovely warm days. There are two roads down to the town or onto the many beaches all were easily accessible one steeper than the other but not a big issue, as everybody drives courteously. What a fabulous week, we would definitely return in the future.

Genuine Villa with Magic view

Genuine and very nice villa in the mountains above Skopelos, everything that you need from dining areas, beautiful rooms and fantastic garden with pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Also the Host is fantastic, all support that you need.

Gorgeous villa, amazing view!

We loved every minute of our holiday in Villa Avaton. The villa itself had a fantastic layout and was so well equipped while still retaining a lovely traditional feel - everything was spotlessly clean. The pool area was just fantastic with comfortable sun loungers parasols and shaded seating area. And of course the view - absolutely stunning. Pandelis was such a pleasure to deal with during the booking process, helping us with our car hire and answering all our questions before we arrived and throughout our stay Pandelis was the most fantastic host - he did everything he could to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We are already looking forward to coming back to stay in beautiful Villa Avaton next year!

Our stay at villa avaton

The host Pandelis is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. He was happy to assist with anything. The accomodation is well situated to have amazing views of the sea and town which sparkles with lights in the evening. Furnished in traditional style it has everything you will need even if you prefer to cook your own meals each evening. Would recommend a car and then only about 15 minutes drive to the town and lovely beaches of Limnonari, Panormos Bay, Kastani,Glyfoneri. Great walking trails across the island. Skelopos is a lovely Island and the villa was everything you would expect.

Wonderful Villa on a beautiful island.

This villa will exceed your expectations! Overlooking the whole town and harbour , the view is stunning. Quiet and peaceful setting. Very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Definitely a “ must have “ swimming pool which really makes the difference for renting this property. My wife and I and 2 young adult children spent a memorable 10 nights here and found it very hard to leave. Pandelis was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us. Very good communicator. FYI , You will need to rent a car to get to this property , in and out of town and to all the beaches. Pandelis had this all organized in advance when we stepped off the ferry. Skopelos town is magical and the whole island is much less touristy than most. It’s where the Greeks go on holiday! Say no more :) Come to Skopelos and absolutely stay at Villa Avaton!

Great vacation at Avaton Villa

We were a group of 6 people who stayed for 6 nights at the villa in June. We loved every minute of our stay. There is nothing to complain about- very clean, beautiful views day and night, quiet and well maintained property. The property manager Pandelis is polite and easy to communicate with. He was kind to let us check in and out in times convenient to us, which we really appreciate. If you coming to Skopelos for vacation or business do not hesitate to rent this house. We will definitely stay at villa Avaton if we visit this island again.

Beautiful secluded location

Set high in the olive groves rising from Skopelos town, Avaton is the perfect location if you want a quiet, tranquil spot with stunning views to unwind and only be a short drive from Skopelos town for sightseeing dinner and nightlife. The owner, Pandelis is charming, helpful, and exudes Greek hospitality. The property was cleaned to an immaculate standard throughout our stay. We loved our stay, were sad to leave, and are looking forward to returning. Thank you Pandelis, Rachel
