Ήταν οικονομικό για Σκύρο και πάρα πολύ ήσυχο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή γιατί μπορούσες με ποδήλατο ή ακόμα και με τα πόδια να πας στη θάλασσα και είχε άνετο πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Είναι μια καλή οικονομική λύση.
