Traditional viila Seagullstone will dazzle you with it’s breathtaking views of the sea and the amazing sunsets! But the main attraction lies just a few steps from the terrace, a small “private” sand beach that can be accessed only by the villa or by sea. The 12.000 m2 private property is covered with huge pine and cypress trees that offer protection from the sun and heat. If you get tired of privacy head east and in less than 2 minutes walking you will reach Vromolimnos beach, one of Skiathos most beautiful and popular beaches with water sports, a bar-restaurant and sun loungers available. The villa can accommodate up to 11 persons 8 adults and 3 children in 5 bedrooms, 4 with en suite bathrooms and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped to prepare romantic dinners with a sea view at the adjoining terrace.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

The most wonderful place to stay. It felt like a home not a holiday house. Everything was perfect and the outdoor space was beautiful.The views are stunning especially the sunsets. This is a very special property- the best we have stayed in in Europe. The photos that advertise the property do not do it justice.We were so sad to leave and so want to return.

Magic Skiathos

The villa is a perfect retreat for those looking for that very special location. The beach is the peaceful haven described and was a hit with all of the 8 adults staying at the villa. The villa itself had everything you could need and the concierge service was extremely good. The villa is in a remote location and use of a car or minibus is a good idea. The local taxi company were always able to help with minibus services. The villa itself has lots of character and is in a great position but it is due for some enhancements and renewals.

One of the best places we've ever been to!

Hands down one of the best places we've ever been to. Beautiful house, superb location. The private beach is one of the best features, but the rest of the house and the terrasse overlooking the sea are impressive as well. Be aware: The pictures don't reflect the situation very well. It is much more beautiful in reality! ;-)
