It was a big help for us , because we booked a room the same day , as we arrived. The owner was very kind. The hot water missed a little bit , we had a shower with cold water for 4 days:( The food was excellent. This hotel was perfect solution in my situation. (Flóra hotel/Toroni cancelled my booking without cause!!) I had to find solution instead of Flóra....

Well, where do I start? First, the road to the hotel is as appalling as it gets - bumpy, uneven and too narrow. Second, the pool, bathroom and the overall cleanliness level was beyond unsatisfactory. Third, a huge grasshopper felt at home on our bed. On a positive note, the beach is very nearby, however, I should warn that on one's way there, one might encounter herds of goats or sheep depending on the time of the day. Nevertheless, the goat/shepherd was very nice and friendly.

High potential, good start, but still far shining

The natural surroundings, the pine forests, the beach, the sea, the rocks, are really wonderful, but that's not enough for a good, complete, stay experience. As the hotel presents now, maximum 2 stars can be awarded for endowment, comfort and services. Many things require improvement: The access road must be leveled and repaired. Some chemicals must be scattered around the hotel's vegetation to keep the crowd of mosquitoes away. A shower curtain must be properly mounted so that the water does not flood the bathroom and the room. There are more: bad smell in the bathroom, poor sanitation, failing fridge, dirt and flies in the dining room, greasy dishes, darkness around the hotel, and so on.

Das Personal war sehr unorganisiert. Beim Check-In wurden wir gefragt, ob wir nicht schon 6 Tage eher abreisen wollen, weil das Hotel wohl überbucht war. Wir sind am Samstag angereist und am Dienstag begann das Festival dort. Als am Dienstag alle anderen Festivalbesucher anreisten, tat das Personal so, als würden sie uns nicht mehr wieder erkennen, weil alle anderen Besucher das Frühstück und Abendbrot direkt am Buffet bezahlen sollten. Wir hatten hingegen Halbpension gebucht. Erst als wir mit Expedia gesprochen hatten, erkannte uns die Hotelangestellten wieder. Darüber hinaus wurde das Buffet sehr knapp gehalten. Nach ca. 20 Minuten war es fast leer geräumt, es wurden aber keine Anstalten gemacht, es wieder aufzufüllen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch gehalten. Wir wussten aber, worauf wir uns einlassen. Allerdings war das Hotelzimmer nicht sauber, es hingen Kabel aus der Decke, die Wand war komplett mit Löchern durchzogen usw. Wer das Hotel zum Urlaub machen und nicht für den Festivalbesuch buchen möchte, dem sei davon abgeraten.

Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται σε δύσβατη αλλά όμορφη περιοχή. Γενικότερα έχει μια εικόνα εγκατάλειψης ενώ θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ καλύτερο. Το wifi έπιανε μόνο στην περιοχή της reception, και δεν μπορούσες να επικοινωνήσεις αν είχες cosmote. Η πισίνα διακοσμητική αν και κάποιοι θαρραλέοι βούτηξαν. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό αλλά λιγοστό. Το φαγητό σε μπουφέ, νόστιμο μεν αλλά εκτεθειμένο στις μύγες. Η παραλία φανταστική.

Condizioni non accettabili

La struttura è in cattive condzioni, il personale scarsissimo e non cordiale , la reception permanentemente vuota, l'area ristorazione imbarazzante, la biancheria sporca, la piscina decadente sporca e inutilizzabile, l'acqua della doccia in camera quasi sempre fredda. Mai fatta la camera, nonostante lo avessimo richiesto, siamo rimasti anche senza carta igienica. Avevamo prenotato cinque giorni a metà agosto e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto restare per le prime tre notti perché non si trovavano alternative. Appena trovata un'altra accomodazione siamo scappati rinunciando agli ultimi due giorni. Vacanza compromessa, grande delusione perché l'hotel (se così si può chiamare) era nella lista Expedia e ci siamo fidati. Ho soggiornato molte volte in strutture semplici e non troppo costose, ma qui mancavano i requisiti igienici e organizzativi minimi. Sarebbe opportuno ricevere il rimborso non solo delle giornate non fruite, ma di tutto il soggiorno.

Hotel insalubre, dangereux, inaccessible. Fuyez !!

Ai commandé un séjour du 16 au 20 août. Avons demandé à prendre le repas du midi sur place. Vendu à 8 euros pour du poulet premier prix, quelques frites, de la pastèque et de l'eau en pichet. Les cuisines sales reflètent le reste de l'hôtel. On nous a montré notre chambre : réfrigérateur sale, ne fermant plus, interrupteur électrique cassé, matelas et sommier sales, moustiques morts par terre. Dans la sale de bain, armoire de toilette complètement rouillée, grille de ventilation déchaussée et pendant au plafond, grille au sol absente laissant apparaître directement la canalisation. Porte défoncée, sans poignée de porte et ne s'ouvrant qu'avec la clé. Piscine délabrée : carrelage déchaussé autour de la piscine, plaque d'égoût rouillée. Hôtel de plus inaccessible (900m de chemin de terre avec des nids de poule partout). Caravanes insalubres sur le terrain et plages envahie de camping car. Permanence à la réception quasi-inexistante et personne désagréable. Avec deux enfants en bas âge, nous ne sommes pas restés et nous sommes relogés ailleurs.

Servizio pessimo. Scortesia.cibo orrido. Stanza mai pulita. Carta igienica (da buttare nella pattumiera... mai cambiata....abbiamo dovuto elemosinare dei sacchetti della pattumieta alla reception per buttare noi ogni giorno la pattumiera)...carta igienica finita e mai rifornita... Stanza fatiscente...lavori mai finiti, cose rotte, infiltrazioni e scrostamenti. Uniche cose positive:posizione. ..davanti ad un mare splendido e le camere sono grandi....siamo andati via un giorno prima...con il ghigno della addetta alla reception
