This recently renovated apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed. It has a bathroom with a shower.

The cosy living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, also has an integrated kitchen and is equipped with everything you need for your stay (fridge, oven, microwave, Nesspreso coffee machine...).

From the living room and from the secondary bedroom, you have access to the private patio where you will find a good place to rest with complete privacy in the center of Sitges.

The property has air conditioning and heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Just a few steps from the beach and the center of Sitges, full of restaurants and shops.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
