GM # 349 es una espaciosa casa de vida inversa de 2,855 pies cuadrados que se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida en Black Butte Ranch. Se asienta sobre un acre con impresionantes vistas de la calle # 14 de Glaze Meadow.

Cuando ingresas a la gran sala de esta casa, te sorprenden las hermosas paredes de madera y los adornos, los altos techos abovedados, la gran chimenea de roca de río y el ambiente tipo cabaña. Beautiful Craftsmanship and Golf Course Views

The moment we stepped into the home, we loved the exquisite beams and wood craftsmanship in the living room and upper floor main bedroom. The deck offered many seating areas, a table, lounge chairs, a hot tub and wonderful views on the 14th Fairway. We had a group of 6 adults for a May golf tournament at BB Glaze Meadows. and the living and dining spaces were very comfortable for larger groups. The bench seating alcove off the living space looking over the golf course was a comforting place to sit to relax, read or work. We would definitely come back with our whole family as well since there is a large room with 4 twins, a tv, couch and space for kids and grandkids to play. We had a lovely 4 night stay and recommend this home if you love a unique design and style.

Wonderful amily house

We loved our stay at Robin's home. Only wished it could have been longer. It was extremely clean and well stocked. I appreciate the nice kitchen pots and pans. and loved the kids lidded cups. The kids had so much fun in the downstairs room with four twin beds. And we loved the huge comfortable bed in the master upstairs. Lots of games and a great yard. pool was fun!Next time, we'll come in the summer!Robin was extremely responsive and kind. A very seasoned and lovely host.

It was a fun stay but...

The check in process was challenging. We also set the place on navigation and it sent us to a different entrance. We couldn't get in that entrance. It would have been helpful to know which entrance we needed to go in. The trash and recycling rules, made it so we wont be back. Way too extensive and too far away from the property. It took an hour just to take the trash and recycling out and come back to the house. It takes away from the stay.

Our Stay

Lovely quiet setting. Gorgeous architecture. Fabulous beds, bedding, and linen. Well supplied. Incredibly neat & clean. Location excellent. Owner anticipated every need with detailed directions for operation of all appliances and equipment.

Great house but burdensome check out

The property is located within Black Butte Ranch ( exclusive neighborhood). Loved the location towards the end of the ranch which was more secluded. The house is very good with excellent supplies. Everything from the kids room with TVs, videos, games was in ample. The kitchen is packed with everything you can think of. The bedrooms are cozy with high quality mattresses and bedding. Living room is beautiful with high quality furniture and nice wood fireplace. Instructions and in particular the check out instructions was quite excessive with fines and penalties for not following. We stayed 2 nights (43 hrs) and all of our 2nd morning was spend on following the check out instruction. Washing, drying, and folding towels, removing all bedding and taking to the laundry room with washing. Last but not least hauling garbage and recyclables to a facility 5 miles away and out of the ranch was quite excessive. We are a super clean family and every place we have ever stayed we have cleaned up and taken trash outside but this was a new one. This is was not disclosed in the property description. We left a slight unpleasant feel at the end of our stay.

Trustworthy owner

Our stay was cut short due to extreme smoke from wildfires in Oregon. That was a big bummer. However, the owner was excellent as she tried to help us with both our stay as well as cancellation. Robin answered my questions quickly and effectively. When the smoke became too overwhelming she made the cancellation process easy and comfortable. I am very impressed with her service and the house itself was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely try this property again!

Family fun

The house is lovely and perfect for a large family. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The deck is a lovely place to relax and watch the golfers and the grazing deer. It is quiet and nicely situated. Robin is delightful to work with and answered my emails in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Black Butte Ranch.

Wonderful, wonderful

Super comfy home, cabin-like feel, A/C, quiet cul-de-sac on golf course, big deck (trex, so no splinters for little or big feet), clean/big hot tub -- I can't rave enough. One of our favorite places was the expansive window seat with a dozen or so pillows, big enough for 3 or 4 people to relax after a day biking and swimming. Robin, the host is immediately responsive and so helpful with all questions and needs. We hope to stay again and again and again.

Lovely stay at Glaze Meadow

Loved the deck, hot tub, watching golfers and eating outside. Quiet area but a bit of a drive if leaving BBR for adventures outside the property. Walking distance to pool and tennis. We had a great week.

Wonderful, Cozy and Private Black Butte Retreat!

This house was an absolute dream. The timber frame construction of the home was of the highest quality, with soaring ceilings, river rock fireplace and large deck for entertaining. The house was stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your getaway and ensure maximum comfort. The location is tucked at the back of the ranch, on a quiet cul de sac that backs to golf course, with plenty of forest between you and the action. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families, with plenty of separation for kids and adults to enjoy themselves separately and. large gathering spaces for everyone to come together. We have stayed at BBR for 5 years now and this is surely the best retreat yet!
