Faultless.

I have been travelling for 6 weeks and, by way of comparison,this is one of my favourite hotels. The hostess was very helpful and giving of her time, my room was clean and spacious (with the bonus of a lake view) and the hotel in general was beautifully appointed within. All this within a wonderful location in the heart of the town and at a very cost competitive rate.

Very good hotel, excellent location in the middle of Sirmione old town and by the lake. Very clean, friendly staff and very helpful, fantastic breakfast. Will recommend it to all our friends.

Loved this place, they had bikes so that we could go for rides. If you take the recommended ferry rides, be aware that the markets are busy with tourists from everywhere. And if you are going to take a ferry, look for the red font on the schedule and take the hydrofoil, its fast and fun.

Can be great or bad

The hotel location is great and grounds are nice. However their lake view rooms are not all equal to the ones they show. Mine only had a small window with a partial view. The AC goes on and off and beeps everytime. But the worst part was with parking. The self parking lot is nearly a km away. The lot has a nice system with a shuttle unless the link for the pass doesnt work (was only sent to me hours before check in opens and no reply from them regarding the bad link) then you have to walk to the hotel, get the pass then walk back to the lot to then get reshuttled in. Also checking in late but within the hours there was no one at the desk and i had to search the hotel to find someone to help me. Couldve been a great stay but all those letdowns put together made this stay very disapointing.

Absolutely Fabulous

A fantastic hotel with the most amazing staff. The location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the popular area of Sirmione, The staff could not do enough for us and and made us feel extremely welcome. The rooms were well equipped, beautifully clean and very comfortable. There are not many places my wife and I make a point of returning to, but I would not want to stay anywhere else if we do return to Sirmione

Great time!

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Helpful, friendly front desk staff. Not sure, however that it’s 24 hours as we were unable to find anyone when we left at 7:00am. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in the old town and there are lots of restaurants and gelaterias to choose from. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast buffet and we enjoyed spending the afternoon on the lounge chairs on the private deck. Towels were provided and you can even swim from the end of the deck. The listing says no lift, but there is one. Our room had a lake view, but many rooms had balconies and terraces overlooking the lake. May be worth paying a little more for one of them if that is an option. The lake is beautiful and it was a great relaxing day. We had to leave before breakfast was ready the next day, but the woman setting up breakfast offered to let us grab something to take on the train. We took a few delicious croissants and she wrapped them up for us. Would definitely recommend!

The location of this property was wonderful! The breakfast was luxurious and delicious, one of the best breakfast spreads we experienced in all of Europe. The lemonciello and champagne being a nice touch even if you don't drink it feels nice having the option to try some different things. Lots of delicious looking cookies and pastries as well. Beautiful location on the lake for breakfast or for drinks. The bartender John was a joy and nice. The hotel was well kept but very basic/simple. Front desk wasn't very friendly.

Nice place, excellent location smack in the middle of the old part of the town, which is a bit too crowded during daytime, but nice in evenings, when you want to inside rather than outside the city walls.

Lovely lakeside hotel with private parking

We originally booked 4 nights in a room with balcony and lake views but then added an extra night on at the beginning of our stay and was put in a room without a balcony for the whole of our stay. We questioned this and, after our first night, was given a room with a lake view and a terrace, complete with sunloungers and table & chairs. This more than made up for ourinitial disappointment. There were no tables and chairs etc., set out on the jetty, as portrayed in the photos but, all in all, it's a very pleasant hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It's situated in the heart of town, with its own private parking 10 minutes walk away. We parked our car for the whole stay and used the ferryboat and the train.

Beautiful views

I stayed alone at Hotel Pace for a friend’s wedding. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. My room had beautiful views over the lake and the bed was very comfortable! There was a large choice for breakfast and staff were always on hand to ask for anything extra needed.
