Enjoy all the modern amenities including the beachfront chairs and daybeds, owners private pool and hot tub, game room, outdoor bbq area and more. Valet parking offered by the hotel as well as 3 restaurants and coffee/cocktail bar. 20 minutes taxi from PBI airport, 15 min from downtown palm beach island. Newest hotel in the area complete with full service spa and restaurants. Washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy the ocean views from our balcony.

We had a great few days staying at this beautiful property for Thanksgiving week. The staff were attentive and kind and the direct access to the beach for morning walks and swimming was so great for our family with children. The condo itself is spacious, high end luxury accomodations, and private. The furnishings were comfortable and as an alternative to a hotel stay, all three of my kids had an actual bed to sleep in rather than the typical hotel suite pull-out couch (King bed twin bed in the 2nd bedroom is genius). There was plenty of storage space to unpack and stay organized. The in-unit laundry was great and every little detail felt thought out to make our stay as seamless as possible - kids plates and cups, beach toys, even boogie boards. Middle of the stay we received an email making sure our stay was going well, which was a kind gesture. Thank you to the owners. We loved it!

We loved this Place!!!

We were so excited to be the very first guests! This condo is actually amazing and even better than the photos...really great wow factor! The host has thought of everything. So clean, very comfortable furniture, very well appointed kitchen, and the balcony is huge with fantastic ocean views. The building is new and beautiful with nice staff all around the property. Pools and grounds are great and the beach is perfect. We loved our stay and our trip! Thank you Nick!!!

Amazing!

Impeccably clean, right on the beach. Kids lovedThe pool And hot tub. The building felt like a resort. No need to leave the apartment but we went to waterpark the marina nearby which were awesome.
