Room may be small, but it is comfortable enough for me to stay. The hotel is in a strategic location too where everywhere is within walkable distance. Great recommendation for solo travellers.

Nice, well located hotel. I’ve stayed in Singapore a few times and for the price/location, this has been the best and I’d stay again.

Overall good value for money but the checkin proces is not good. You have to check in via an app, but it ask for you "reservation number" which is not your hotels.com reservation number, so you cannot check in without calling their support....not very smart.

Great Location

This hotel is mostly unattended and you have to checking using its mobile app. Everything is similar to the pictures except lightly worn. Everything is clean enough including the shared bath and toilet. Location is great next to Maxwell MRT station. Eateries and bars options are plenty.

Was really nice place to stay and super convenient to get around from. The whole place was nice and clean. I was in a room with no window so felt and smelt slightly damp given no ventilation but was otherwise good.

Thie was an excellent location. I rented ine of the small capsule private rooms. While it was certainly very small, I didnt spend much time there anyways and it was perfect for sleeping and storing my things. Would definitely recommend.

Location is Fantastic. Get the single room if solo travel. Sharing bathrooms may not be for everyone. No elevator so you may carry heavy luggage up 4 flights. Staff is very helpful and nice. Within 2-3 minutes to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Hindu Temple, Chinatown and night activities, Maxwell hawker ctr, Subway, taxi. Food scene is great for explorers.

Easy and Relaxing Stay in Singapore

Supreme location, 3 min walk to the Maxwell station, 7 min walk to Chinatown station, ideal for in-and-out and free-ranged travelling, many restaurants nearby, hawker centre within 5 min walk, the room is clean, but the ventilation of the room without windows is as expected, not good, with a quite strong smell.

Best location you can ask for. Right by Chinatown markets, Maxwell food centre and close to chinatown complex. Shared bathroom and showers but all very well cleaned and ventilated. Modern place, safe. Room is very small, but if you're travelling to explore the city and going back to hotel to sleep, works great. Only complaints are mild unpleasant smell from corner of room.

Perfect hotel for a short stay, ideally located

I've spent 5 nights on ST Signature Chinatown, and I was highly satisfied! It is perfectly located in Chinatown, near MRT stations and lots of restaurants nearby. The room is small but very comfy and has everything you need. Kitchen and bathroom are shared but there are 3 distincts showers so it's always free, and clean. Arrival was smooth, only need to download the app and connect to their wifi, the rest is very easy. Thanks

Solid place to stay

Service amazing. I forgot to bring my power adapter for Singapore and upon check in they found me one to use for my entire stay. Above and beyond for customer service. A bit more attention to detail for room cleaning would be good (dust around sides and corners of room which could easily be cleaned). Bathrooms clean, water and coffee and kitchen available. Smart little place in good location. I would return.

Good concept but Chinatown property seems to have a damp problem. I had to change my iniitial room but the second room was only slightly better. Sheets and towels were clean and the room was a decent size for the price.The staff that are only accessible through online chat are fast and polite. They just need to sort the damp.
