Few problems here, which is a shame as the physical hotel is quite nice. The problems started with poor directions to the airport shuttle, and nobody answering messages and emails at the hotel to provide more information. After getting a cab and complaining at check-in, I was told that other passengers found the shuttle. Not a single apologyā¦Room service arrived stone cold, and again, no apology. The replacement was delivered without utensils, which took another 10 minutes to arrive⦠A staff cart ran over my headphones and didnāt stop when I complained, plus the staff in general were not attentive and a bit rude in the restaurant. Was a shame, as the pool and gym and room were great.
