stay in Dorsett, near Chinatown. Location is good, close to subway station. The room.....the TV , the telephone were not working. Housekeeping is fair and slow. Bad design in bath room, taking a shower .....the floor will be wet. Good front desk people...they are friendly.

While some things could be improved eg better quality towels, hairdryer & iron worked but we’re old & worn, the rooms & staff were excellent I particularly want to commend the GM for making an effort for the Grand Prix weekend. The drinks etc & the opportunity to meet with guests & staff was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again. The location is also brilliant

Very pleasant mid range hotel on the edge of Chinatown. Walkable to all major parts of Chinatown, food markets, etc. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Overall I had no complaints - staff were helpful and efficient.
