While some things could be improved eg better quality towels, hairdryer & iron worked but we’re old & worn, the rooms & staff were excellent I particularly want to commend the GM for making an effort for the Grand Prix weekend. The drinks etc & the opportunity to meet with guests & staff was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again. The location is also brilliant

Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful too but the hotel facility conditions need improvement - TV remote doesn't work, stains in the shower area, bedside tables feel sticky, towels don't look clean - a more thorough cleaning and maintenance overall will help massively.

Very pleasant mid range hotel on the edge of Chinatown. Walkable to all major parts of Chinatown, food markets, etc. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Overall I had no complaints - staff were helpful and efficient.
