This charming country house for 6 guests with a private pool is located in Sineu.
The property has a beautiful area with a 10x4m-sized pool with a salted water (0.80-1.80m deep), where you can take a refreshing dip and after sunbathe on one of six loungers and at night spend a pleasant evening with the family having a dinner. There is a fantastic barbecue area with a gas cooker, two ovens and wood stove. The garden is surrounded by lemon and orange trees.
The two-storey house retains its Mallorcan style thanks to its stone walls and sturdy wooden beams. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning cooker and satellite TV. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, becomes a very special corner, as it is separated from this room by a small arch that makes it more accessible and useful. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds and one of them with fan, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a third bathroom with shower that serves this floor. Upstairs you will find a third bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, a sitting area, air conditioning with heat pump, and an en-suite bathroom. If you are staying with a baby, we will prepare a cot and high chair for you. Up to five radiators complete the equipment.
Within a few minutes walk you reach the center of Sineu, a small and charming town. In restaurants, so-called cellers, you can try a homemade food and Majorcan wines. On Wednesdays you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables in the local market. Sport lovers can go hiking or cycling through the wheat fields. Sineu is surrounded by Maria de la Salut, Lloret de Vista Alegre or Llubí towns. Regarding the beaches, in less than 30 minutes drive you will reach the beautiful familiy friendly beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Ca'n Picafort or Puerto de Pollença.
