Pro: connected to the mall with a grocery store. Very easy to find something to eat. Very helpful staff, they can help arrange rides if needed. Con: the room is a little run down, can see some wires in the wall, and the corners of walls are chipped. Overall its a good hotel.
Overall a nice stay. Indeed, the best hotel I've stayed at in Ipoh. Just two things I think need attention: 1) The wall tiles in the bathroom need to be cleaned better. 2) I ordered room service a few times and on one occasion it took over an hour to arrive despite being promised in 20 - 30 minutes.
I like to stay this hotel , easy parking , shopping and check in ! Staff here all are very nice , seafood buffet here are very good ! Will book this hotel again !
