Great for the money. Sufficient, but very run down. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Awesome to have a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was cereal, some white breads (bagels, bread etc.), yogurts, and hard boiled eggs. Nothing hot. Only condiments I could find were butter and cream cheese packets. It is an old La Quinta apparently. They haven't replace the phone instructions or emergency exit instructions on the door from La Quinta. Most every aspect of the room was damaged or done poorly. Paint on the deadbolt, dents in the wall all around the light switches, loose doorknobs, flooring that doesn't go to the wall so you see through to the concrete base floor, fallen baseboard that hasn't been replaced, clips on the clothes hangers are broken, a little dirt on a washcloth so I didn't use that one, tub didn't drain until I called maintenance.

Hotel isnt the cleaniest and needs some remodeling. The bathrooms are tiny and dated and there were bad smells in the hallway. The breakfast was very underwhelming.

This is a great budget hotel. Pool and hot tub, plus a bar with pool takes and arcade games. We would definitely return to take advantage of those. The rooms and common spaces are spacious and comfortable. Seemed to be a brand new mattress. Few things to work on like difficult locks, bathroom upgrades, better WiFi. But overall our stay was great and we look forward to coming back.

Just sad what you get for $200+ a night. It's the old La Quinta, which wasn't great before, but now it's basically in neglect. The "free breakfast" is only worth passing on. The rooms are in deep need of updating. This seems to be the place to drink, vape, smoke weed/cigarettes. The hallway reeked of weed when we checked in. At least there was smart tv so we could watch what we wanted.

First room was in bad shape (bed horrible, shower wouldn't drain, etc) but they changed my room the next day and it was definitely better. For the price it's okay - The rooms need maintenance but am traveling for work and appreciate a quiet place to sleep for less than 100 a night in Summit county! Coming back next week.

There was trash under the sofa, an old band aid on the light switch and was very dated. Management did offer to move us to another room, but it was worse than the one we booked. Sad because this place has potential to be super cute. Pool area was good. Bar was nice to have.

The stay was good. The facility is old. The bed is hard. The pillow is hard. Bed sheets and bed covers are old. The bath tub was old and no drain cover. Bathroom is small and exhaust fan is loud. Shower faucet is old. Evryrhing is old. The bathroom flooring is old and bowing. Parking is excellent. Breakfast was okay but could use more staff's attention as coffee was empty, pan cake was gone, bagels were gone when I got there to eat. It took for the staff a while to refill. Check in was fast though. If you are not picky, staying here is okay. Leaving rating at the middle to stay neutral to give them fair feedback.
