This beautiful, family-friendly condo is 6 min. from I 70 exit, 10-20 min. from 5 ski resorts, shopping, & dining! Located on free Summit Shuttle bus route to ski resorts, shopping, & dining in Summit County. Nearby hiking! Panoramic views! Open living/dining area. Full kitchen. Great for 4 adults/5 children. OR 6 adults. All indoor hot tubs & pools, sauna are closed at this time due to renovation. ETA on hot tub in building G that across parking lot is October. There is racquetball, tennis, Ping Pong in Building AABB, laundry. Reserving guest must be at least 25 yr. old. No guests under 21 unless with parents. Non-smoking condo.

This fully equipped condo has a living room with large flat screen TV and BluRay player, DVDs, TV/Internet, games, and puzzles. Fully remodeled bath. Bunk bedroom has a double upper and lower bunks and pull-out, single trundle bed (for small child only), and dresser. Master bedroom has queen bed, dresser, and private bathroom. Both have beautiful view of woods. Loft area has queen bed and chest. This condo works well for 4 adults and 4 children. Also, accommodates 6 adults comfortably.

The updated kitchen has appliances such as coffee maker, hot pot, pancake griddle, mixer, toaster, crock pot, and more for your cooking and dining pleasure. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table, which seats six, with additional bar seating for three. Living area, dining area, and private deck provide panoramic views of Keystone ski slopes, Lake Dillon, and area mountains. The condo complex has a racquetball court, tennis courts and Building AABB (Ping-Pong). Updated laundry in building. Includes one covered parking space. Guests access the condo via keyless entry code, so there is no need for key pick up and drop off. There are four flights stairs to get into unit. Good location and place. Some issues during our stay

We enjoyed the place and the location. Beautiful views and 20ish minutes from keystone which was great. We unfortunately did encounter bed bugs during our stay, which caused a lot of stress. Owners had great responsiveness to help get treatments when we initially reported it. The follow-through I was a little disappointed with, as I thought the owners could have checked in and been more understanding of the difficulty that came with the bed bug situation. This wasn’t something that was fixed days after a treatment, it was ongoing during our two month stay. They did give us a discount on our stay, but this was after a lot of back and forth where we needed to practically explain that one of the rooms was uninhabitable for most of our time there, and in my opinion a relatively low discount considering the problems we faced due to bed bugs. Overall, we enjoyed the location and place but just had a lot of problems that stemmed from the bed bugs.

Ski retreat

Great location, quick access to Silverton, Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail. Close to shops and provisions. All this while being on top of the hill with amazing views. It was on the third floor with stairs that took a toll on the Florida peeps. Showers had amazing water pressure and hot water. While we arrived to NO HEAT and a 32 degree condo, the owner was very quick to get space heaters for us until the heater was fixed the following morning. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great Property & Amazing Owners

Property was just as described and was perfect for our family. Ideally located to access numerous ski resorts. Most importantly, the owners are amazing. We had to cancel early due to COVID-19 concerns back home (nothing to do with this property) and they graciously worked with us to refund the remainder of our stay. I can't say enough positive about them and our experience. We will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future.

Great Location

Nicely renovated and has a great view. Owners are quick to accommodate and help with any issues. 3 different pools available along with other activities are great for kids. As long as you don’t have any issues with stairs, I highly recommend this condo.

We had a great time and the unit was a great home base for our Colorado vacation. There is so much to do in the area--hiking, kayaking, biking, rafting, shopping, etc. This unit is exactly as pictured and even includes covered parking. If there was one slight downside, it was the overall care and upkeep of the overall property/building by the management company. It could be better--this unit is a jewel of the building. That said, we had a great time--unit owners, Randy & Kate, were very responsive with any questions that we had--made us very comfortable. Views of the mountain right from the windows. Lots of hummingbirds at the feeders too! Highly recommended!

Nice newly remodeled condo

Loved our stay here. Everything is brand new and nicely furnished. Kids, grandparents and parents all had our own space which was AWESOME! Great selection of many extras such as games, movies and books. But, most of all loved feeling like everything was nice clean and new. Thanks for making my family feel so cozy!!

The condo was a great resting stop after a day on the slopes. The hot tub is across the parking lot, but still convenient. Get ready for stairs, too! The space was updated well and is very clean and tidy. We had a great time!

My family and I had a good stay. The place was warm. We never needed to use the wood fireplace. We were able to use the blu-ray dvd for our young children to watch a movie. However, the sectional couch kept separating as we sat on it. Perhaps something can be done about that? The showers were great. My daughter had forgotten her shampoo and was happy to find that the showers were equipped with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers! Please have your staff stock backup toilet paper. My son used up the 1/2 roll that was in his bathroom and we had to share the only other roll as we did not have time to go out for another shopping trip just for toilet paper. Shower pressure was great! Parking was not an issue as I parked my car under the covered section and my husband parked his suv loaded with our ski gear in the lot. Also, there was ample storage hooks and space for all of the snow gear in the entryway. I loved that! Sometimes the little things like that can make you happy after a long day on the slopes with small children!!! Thank you!
