Group Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this house for our annual ski trip based on location, layout, and the hot tub. All of these factors delivered! We had 8 people with some couples and some singles, the bed situation was well fit for this and we even had extra sleeping options if we needed them. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big meals with the two ovens. The large windows provided a lovely view to wake up and come home to. The hot tub is easily accessible from the dining room and got lots of use from us. We ran into an issue with the fireplaces not starting but the management company sent out a repairman the same day to fix it! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others, especially those looking for convenient access to multiple ski resorts.

Great location, lots of space

This location is ideal! Beautiful views of the mountains out of every window as well as Dillon Reservoir and hiking trails out the back door. We were two families—4 adults, 3 teens, & 2 little kids and had plenty of space for all of us without ever feeling crowded.

Big comfortable home with an amazing view out the living room window. The hot tub was very nice to come home to after a day on the slopes. We had a couple of problems throughout our stay that made me rate this a 4 star and not a 5. The hot water heater stopped working for a 24-hour period and the gas fireplace worked intermittently (the directions did not match the controller), so that was frustrating. The rental company was responsive through text messages and did get everything corrected - though at the tail end of our stay. I did not ask for any kind of discount or compensation for our troubles, but I did ask for a discount if I booked again next year for the same time. All they offered was a 3% repeat renter discount...which amounts to a measly 108. That was disappointing to hear.

Plenty of room to spread out, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of kitchen space. Toys, games for the grandkids. There is nothing the house didn’t have. Perfect

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful and just as described. We had plenty of room for our family of 7, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, and the downstairs area offered an extra living area which allowed extra room to spread out. The views from the large windows was so beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and we even saw a fox on the back deck one evening. The location was perfect for us to ski in Keystone and was also convenient to visit Breckenridge, Frisco, and we drove to Winter Park one day.

Family Reunion

The ten of us enjoyed the house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms and common spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great place to recover from our adventures. The property management responded quickly to our requests. The location was convenient but located on a busy road.

Great home for families

Overall, a lovely, comfortable home with everything needed for family gatherings. The home was clean and the kitchen was especially well equipped. Great setup for children on the lower level. If the mattresses were newer and more comfortable, we would give it a higher rating. The Murphy bed in one of the main bedrooms was uncomfortable for two adults.

Ski Trip 2024

All good, exactly as described. Very roomy for large group, kitchen was well stocked. Only reason for not 5 star was beds were good not great, any plastic cover on mattress was very hot. Maybe a good reason for plastic cover? I would recommend for large group.

There were plenty of bedrooms to also allow everyone their own space. The kitchen was spacious with and stocked well with supplies. The house had gorgeous views of mountains and looking down on the city. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and hiking right outside the back patio.
