Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, condo was modern and clean, the location was centrally located for numerous activities, and the rooftop hot tubs were a nice bonus. Two car garage was appreciated during the winter snow. Management was responsive to requests. Would definitely stay again.

We have been doing rentals like this several times a year for many years and this was one of the best that I have stayed in. Everything was in very good condition. Beds were comfortable, appliances were new and kitchen had all that we needed.

Perfect location for us!

We love the choice and proximity of the ski destinations nearby. This location makes it easy to get to and from all the local I70 resorts! We love it and look forward to being back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom, sister, and I stayed here over the holiday break. The place looks just like the photos. We loved the addition of the mini Christmas tree, and having tvs in each room was a plus. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The owner/manager was also accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location and host!

This location was a great stay for our family of 5. Clean, accurate description, convenient with lots of amenities. Check-in was a little confusing and difficult between the description and where we needed to be, but this was remedied quickly by the communication of the property manager.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo centrally located to numerous activities. The unit was clean, modern, and spacious. The two-car garage and rooftop hot tubs were great bonuses. The fully stocked kitchen allowed meals to be prepared with ease and the full washer/dryer came in handy to dry ski clothing each day. The beds were comfortable and the building was well secured. The only thing not to like was the unit did not have black out shades/blinds in the living area and 2nd bedroom. It would be quite bright from outside lights/sun. Otherwise, a perfect unit, I would definitely stay again!

Good family vacation unit

Very nice unit and all necessities provided. We enjoyed convenient location to recreational activities and towns of Frisco and Breckenridge. Location is central in Silverthorne so there was street noise but a white noise app helped for sleep.

Concert weekend

Had a great time in silverthorn. Condo is very comfortable and spotless. Loved the garage, was traveling with kayaks and alot of gear on roof racks. Didn't have to take anything off to park. At least 10ft high garage maybe 12ft. Able to walk to shops and resteraunts, longer walk to lake but doable if thats your thing. Was mine.

Great stay

We weren’t able to stay in this specific unit due to a gas leak. The property management company upgraded us to a larger nicer unit close by. This specific unit is in a great location with many walkable restaurants and right next door to the Hotel Indigo (where we attended a wedding). The property management company was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

Nice big kitchen , wellStocked with kitchenware, nice sized bedrooms. Could have used a broom and WiFi went out on master bedroom TV and could not get the code to reconnect.Easy to text rental service but never fixed TV.

Amazing location, accommodations, and communication

As a former Silverthorne resident, it has been hard to find a rental that feels like "home" and actually provides everything you want and need while in town. This condo has it all, and we've already rebooked for next month. Highlights included the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, plus all the extras you hadn't even thought of! Every side table and nightstand had USB chargers for phones, so we didnt have to move furniture or hunt for outlets to charge our phones. It was so nice to see the humidifiers in each of the bedrooms- sometimes a real need in the mountains! The windows overlooking town and the mountains, the balcony, and the fireplace-- can't be beat!! We had a question about the garage and other tenants' parking when we arrived, and we received an immediate response and the issue was resolved very quickly! Communication was 5 star! The unexpected welcome gift on the counter when we arrived, after a long day of travel, was icing on the cake! We can't wait to go back next month. This condo has it all, plus so much more!

Wedding Trip with Kids & Grandparents

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and size for a family of four (baby & toddler) and one set of grandparents to stay for a wedding at the Silverthorne Pavilion. We were able to walk to the wedding, easily find food and coffee at the Bluebird Market, and groceries at Target. We had the four of us in the master with our toddler in a toddler air mattress and baby in a pack n play (both of which we brought) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Grandparents took the second bedroom. Place was well stocked with appliances and such for laundry, coffee and general use. Only real issue we had was the sensor on the garage door broke after we got there, the door is shared with another unit. The management company (Summit Mountain Rentals) was super fast to respond and had someone out to look at the issue quickly. Unfortunately they weren’t able to completely fix the issue over the weekend but communication about the issue was quick and consistent and they did at least disconnect the sensor so we could still easily get in and out. The upstairs neighbors were rather loud and there was music and pounding at all hours of the night even after we asked them to keep it down far after quiet hours. SMR even held on to a cup I forgot in the unit until a family member that lives nearby could pick it up, saving me on shipping which they did initially offer. Overall a great location and rental company. We would definitely stay again at this or one of Summit Mountain Rentals’ other locations in the building and area. I might compare pricing of booking directly thru them next time.
