Loved it

We had an amazing stay! The house is nicer than in the photos and we found the location great for exploring the island without a car. There was a plumbing issue for the first half of our stay and we were asked not to use any running water inside. Fortunately there was an outdoor shower and sink but it was still somewhat uncomfortable. We would stay here again even so! We never met the owner but her assistant was lovely and easy to communicate with.

Cette maison nous enchanté et a participé grandement à la réussite de nos vacances.D'abord par l’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et ensuite par le charme de cette jolie maison confortable, décoré avec Goût.La magnifique terrasse nous a permis de passer de longues soirées .Elle est parfaitement situé au calme et à 5mn de l'animation de la ville Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un cocon et rêvons déjà de revenir l'été prochain.Je recommande vraiment cette adorable maison .

Charmante et typique maison de village

La maison de village de Maria est charmante et typique, au calme et avec une belle terrasse paysagée préservée de la vue des rares passants. L'intérieur meublé de façon traditionnelle est très fonctionnel. Maria est très disponible par téléphone et essaie de tout faire pour que le séjour se passe bien ; elle peut aussi vous réserver un taxi qui vous conduira du bateau à la maison. La maison est située dans le village, à deux minutes d'une épicerie qui propose tous les produits et aliments nécessaires, de bons petits restaurants et cafés, du cinéma en plein air qui projette gratuitement des films durant les mois de juillet et d'août, etc. A cinq minutes se trouve l'arrêt des bus qui permettent de rejoindre toutes les destinations de l'île à moins de deux euros si bien que les véhicules ne sont pas du tout indispensables si l'on aime marcher un peu.

séjour magnifique dans cette petite maison

Si vous cherchez une maison de très bon goût immergée dans une des parties les plus paisibles du village d'Artemonas, à 10 min à pied du centre stratégique de l'île, n'hésitez plus: la demeure de Maria vous ravira. Tout y est ravissant, des céramiques aux tissus, aux matériaux utilisés lors de la restructuration, la terrasse,... De plus la propriétaire est charmante et très disponible. Excellent point de base pour vos excursions: toute l'île est à voir. Et on adore après une belle journée pleine de soleil et de couleurs rentrer à la maison et jouir du calme d'Artemonas.

Ravissante maison

Ravissante maison dans un très beau village, calme et convivial. La propriétaire est charmante et parle très bien français. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable que nous avons même prolongé. Logement parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfants.

Petite maison bien équipé...

Petite maison bien équipée ( vaisselle, produits alimentaires et ménagers de base) avec énormément de charme, agrémentée d'une jolie terrasse ombragée ce qui n'est pas fréquent dans ce village.Artemonas est beau, calme et pittoresque, c'est une bonne situation pour résider et pratique pour visiter cette belle île encore authentique. De belles randonnées sur sentiers balisés sont un atout supplémentaire! On a passé un délicieux séjour.Parfait pour un couple + une ado.

"Superbe petite maison avec une terrasse sur 2 étages magnifique. Le quartier est vraiment joli et la mise à disposition d''une voiture (qui a eu peu de mal à freiner) est vraiment un atout. Notre seul regret est le passage assez fréquent de scooters et motos tôt dans la journée (environ dès 6h du matin) Il faut aussi savoir que la location se fait sur la semaine (nous sommes restés 5 nuits et avons payé pour la semaine, ce que nous savions néanmoins depuis le début)"
