It is in the garden area, and is one of the largest end units, with soaring cathedral ceilings, giving it a bright, airy and spacious feeling. There's an updated kitchen, with a lowered breakfast bar and eat-in kitchen with table and chairs. This is also where an in-condo washer/dryer is located. The master bedroom consists of a King Bed, and full bedroom suite with walk-in closet, and new large stall shower and tiled area.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.
