Wonderful

I was so pleased with this condo. It is exactly as described. The owner was always available for a questions and so helpful. My husband and I wanted a quick winter getaway and feel lucky to have found this place. I will definitely use their rentals again .

Property is in a great location! A very easy walk to the beach and easy walk to the village shops and restaurants. Great communication with property manager! Would definitely come back!

Siesta vacation

The rental unit was well appointed, updated and clean! I would suggest maybe putting in some hooks in the bathroom, maybe in the shower also for damp swim suits and towels. There wasn't cable in the bedroom and the internet in bedroom was so spotty we couldn't even stream in there. This was very disappointing to me. Otherwise our stay was great. Everything we needed for the beach...chairs, umbrellas & waggons and the beach access right across the street. Great place to rent all units for a large family vacation! We had a great time!

Lovely updated property.

Great location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants around a 10 minute walk away. Responsive host. We had issues with the wifi which could use an update but the host dealt with it immediately by dropping off a 5g hotspot which handled the problem. Would definitely go back without hesitation.

Excellent location!! Beautiful beach steps away, close to everything, restaurants and shops all walkable. Having access to beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas definitely a plus. We would definitely stay her again!

Everything was great and would gladly stay again. The cleanliness was very good with one exception. The floor could use a mop! The beach access is great and the trolly stops right in front of the place.

Noisy neighbors

Our condo was really great. Loved the access to beach and village. The third night the neighbors moved in upstairs. They brought their camper and set up in the driveway. Had little kids constantly running above us till really late t night which was extremely annoying . Couldn't believe how the sound from upstairs was so loud. Would rent again, just not on second floor.

Clean and great location!

We enjoyed our stay. Beach access was right outside the building and Siesta Village was a very short walk. A shuttle service called the “frog hop” offers a ride for tips, if you don’t want to walk a few blocks after eating dinner. We had everything we needed here and would choose this location again if we return to Siesta Key.

Hidden Gem!

Quaint one bedroom unit, literally across the street from the ocean! (Public Beach Access 10). Had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts. It was a very short stay, but we were able to maximize our time at the beach and SK Village due to proximity and conveniences offered by this rental. Daniel was super informative and prompt in all communications. He even gave us a bottle of wine at check in for my husband and I to enjoy during our kids free long weekend at the beach! Short walk to Siesta Key Village to hit the restaurants, bars and shops. We barely took our car out of the driveway during our stay! Perfect little place for a couple looking to enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach!

Nice stay

Clean and very cute rental. Location was good, but we were disappointed that most of the accesses to the beach were flooded, due to Idalia, the hurricane that recently passed by this area. We ended up driving to the beach. The trolley was a great surprise. Glad to see that the restaurants were open and ready for customers.

Perfect Getaway

This is a perfect spot for a cute romantic getaway. Dan was super nice with all details from check in to check out. Everything is super close, super clean apartment, comfy bed but only issue was you could hear everything from hallway and stairs. I would definitely come back with my family and would rent out entire place.

Great spot at Siesta Key Beach

Apartment was clean, close to the beach, had all the beach equipment we needed, close to restaurants, and had its own parking. Check in was easy. Dan was great throughout. When we come back to Siesta Key Beach, this is where we're staying!

Great for a Quick Stay

Great for a quick stay. The unit was pretty clean overall but the dishes were dirty and there was dog hair on the floor. The unit was in a PERFECT location and we really enjoyed the section of the beach we were on. The building was older and a bit run down so you could hear every noise from other units which would definitely keep us up. Lastly- the wifi only works in the living room. Unfortunately need to take a star off my rating because we had someone from maintenance walk into our unit without knocking which made me really uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. Dan was great and check in and out was seamless.
