Updated 1 bedroom 1 bath garden view unit with remodeled bathroom and walk in shower with seating. This condo is located in the garden/pool area on the sunny side of our beautifully landscaped property One of the pools is in close proximity to your patio. Feel free to enjoy all the amenities our property has to offer, including three heated freshwater pools, shuffleboard court, BBQ areas (one beach side and one at the community patio). Tennis courts, volleyball courts, and the public beach are just a short walk away. Many water competitions take place at Siesta Key Beach a short distance from our property. ****NO RENTALS LOWER THAN 7 NIGHTS****ALL RENTALS MUST BE NON-SMOKERS****This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a balcony or patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a refrigerator.
